The more you move your body, the more you move your lymphatic system which in turn promotes detoxification.
So many health practitioners recommend “rebounding” on mini trampolines! Bouncing on a trampoline is said to create increased G-force resistance and is thought to positively stress every cell in the body and strengthen your musculoskeletal system (your bones, muscles, connective tissues and even organs.)
Rebounding promotes the lymphatic circulation by stimulating the one way valves in the lymphatic system. This is especially good for you if you have had any lymph nodes removed like I (Louisa) have.
It is very low impact and is gentle on your joints while improving strength and balance.
It gets your blood pumping, oxygenates your body and helps break a sweat which we all need to do regularly for our health.
Even gentle bouncing (without actually bouncing up off of the trampoline) is enough to get the lymphatic system moving, so do as much or as little as you like!
Its set to be a right giggle, so grab your water bottle and come join us at the community centre in Winchester!
All our Affinity VIPs are welcome from any area, just join as a member and let us know you would like to come!
It will be an hours session and then weather permitting we can sit in the park and have a laid back chat and catch up afterwards!
