Dr Lindsay Browning
I am Dr Lindsay Browning, a Chartered Psychologist, neuroscientist and sleep expert. I have a Doctorate (DPhil) from the University of Oxford where I investigated the relationship between worry and insomnia. I founded Trouble Sleeping in 2006.
Services I offer amongst many services, help for adults with sleeping problems.
When I received my doctorate I realised that there was a desperate need for help for people suffering from insomnia and founded Trouble Sleeping. I am passionate about helping people of all ages to sleep well. Nothing makes me happier than helping someone from a place of desperation about their sleep to a place of peace! The sleep consultancy advice I offer is based on my expertise in sleep, and I do not prescribe any medication.
