What’s in these terms?
This term of service sets out guidelines that apply to Victoria’s Promise service to users of the Website, www.victoriaspromise.org and App, how they should be followed, and consequences to actions.
By using our App and Website you agree to these terms and our website terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms do not continue to use our Website or App.

Our website, www.victoriaspromise.org is a website operated by Victoria’s Promise (“We”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We are a registered charity number 1156377 and have our registered office at Landmark House, Station Road, Hook RG27 9HA.

By using our Website and App, you accept our services
We provide a number of Services through the Website and App, including without limitation training and materials for you.
Our Services and the information contained on our Website or App do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.
We reserve the right to add, change, and/or delete content and/or services from the Website and App from time to time. We suggest you refer back to these terms from time to time.
When the Website and App are suspended, IPs are blacklisted, due to use of bad plugins, updates not being performed, spamming, etc. including any consequential impact on our Services, we are not liable to you, and no monetary compensation will be made.
We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.
Right to withdraw
To withdraw your account please notify us at info@victorias-promise.org, with your request and reasoning for cancelling and we will process this as soon as possible.
Donations
Victoria’s Promise will operate the Website and App, so donors are able to make online donations by credit or debit card, or by another payment method available on the Website and App.
All donations should be sent in British Pounds. To be eligible for a refund you must notify us at info@victorias-promise.org, with your request and reasoning for cancelling.
You agree to pay and authorise automatic recurring billing of any applicable fees with your credit card, or other payment methods, until subsequently cancelled.
Automatic recurring billing of any fees are not refundable and will not be.
We reserve the right to change the respective fees from time to time.
Donations can be refused if they are from illegal sources or come with illegal conditions and/or from a donor who does not have the mental ability to decide to donate, etc.
Fundraising
All fundraising profits should be collected and sent in British Pounds to us, however, online fundraising pages automatically forward us the money raised for Victoria’s Promise.
Fundraising profits are non-refundable.
If a fundraising event or campaign is cancelled, postponed, or changed, it will remain open and eligible to receive donations unless the person who created the page chooses to close it.
Termination
You agree that, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Website, App or Services, including without limitation, if We believe, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have breached a term of this Agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that all suspensions and terminations shall be made in our sole discretion and that we shall not be liable to you or any other party for said suspensions and/or termination.
On termination, your license to use the Website, App, our Services, and everything accessible by and/or through the Website and App shall terminate, and the remainder of this Agreement shall survive indefinitely unless and until we choose to terminate them.
On termination, we may delete or assume ownership of any Content or other things including without limitation URLs, domain names, and email lists relating to your use of our Website and App that is on our servers or otherwise in our possession or control, and we will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
Refusal of services
If you fail to comply with these terms, We reserve the right to immediately and without notice suspend or permanently deny access to all or part of the Website and App or Services, without the requirement of a reason.
If staff/volunteers are not treated with respect and/or safeguarding issues arise and become a cause for concern, We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with our Service, without the requirement of a reason.
